It's definitely not the day Inara had planned out, that was for sure. Spending the entire day holding Herc's hand and sharing in his emotional trauma had certainly been unexpected, and ending the whole fiasco settled nicely atop him hadn't been something she'd really thought was going to happen, either.
But like him, she isn't complaining.
A flex of muscles around him is her little way of saying hello, and she gives a breathless little laugh as she tries to swipe her hair out of the way.
